I can't recommend Alice from Advii Law high enough. Alice came all the way into her office in the middle of a pandemic after only recently becoming a new mother just to assist me with reviewing a contract for some land I was considering purchasing. I found her to be very friendly and professional and she was able to explain the contract to me in a simple way that I was actually able to understand. Alice also found a few very questionable clauses within the contract which I would never have noticed , which actually helped guide me to make the decision not to go through with that particular purchase. I have decided to now look for an existing property, when I find the right one, I will definitely be utilising Alice again to review the contracts and for all of the conveyancing.
