Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience with this law firm in buying our recent block of land and doing our wills last year. The whole team is lovely and everyone has been incredibly helpful. You don't feel like a number at this business and no question feels silly. I felt the fees were accurate for 2024 (not exorbitantly high like some lawyers can be) and everything we needed was done on time (in fact they did it early) and our real estate and the sellers lawyers were happy with no changes needed. Recommended by our real estate agent we had an awful experience with AJT Legal who we used for our recent house purchase. Completely messed up the smoke alarm issue which ended up costing us over $500, left voicemails to call back then appeared confused why were calling and insisted that my partner got the name on her driving licence changed the day before we were due to complete the purchase.

All these issues were probably due to the constantly changing staff who we dealt with all of whom didn't seem to know where the process was up to and what was required. Never had issues like this before with other house purchases, maybe we were just unlucky.
