This review is in relation to the defence of 2 attorneys (I am one of them, granted under a EPOA document) by Ms Kira Millikan of Andersons Solicitors in 2024. Kira is a very good operator with a sense of integrity. I found her to be absolutely professional, proactive, genuine, always thinking ahead and covering all bases. She's also alert, organised and pays attention to details. She was not averse to calling us out of office hours if she thought it was necessary or in our best interests. She writes well, clearly and concisely, with none of the usual waffle so common with lawyers' letters. If you need legal advice or representation, then it's definitely best to go with a mid to large firm such as Andersons. Ditto if you just need some routine legal work, as I had used the services of Ms Sheryn Miles, Andersons Solicitors in 2020 for a property settlement, and I thought Andersons' fees then were very reasonable. In our most recent case, it went on for 12 months, involved 2 barristers and could have gone down many rabbit holes, so it's impossible to know if what we paid was good value for money. Having said that, we got our desired outcome so the money was well spent. I would definitely ask for and work with Ms Kira Millikan again, because of the person that she is, how she operates and her skills.

I have only spoken to them briefly so far, but their service was way above the rest. When phoning around I couldn't get through to others, others wouldn't speak to me without charging hundreds of dollars, I was fobbed off. But this business took my details and booked a 15 minute free call for me. It's been nearly 2 years now, just a quick run down in the excuse my sister has been given because she's the guarantor of our mums estate. 4 x lawyers left the company, without letting my sister know. 1 x I forgot about it. Last October was suppose to be put in into the courts and said it would take 2 weeks. Sister rang him at the start of November and he's gone on leave. Sister rang start of February, he's still on leave. Sister rand in March. The document is in working stage. To this day NOTHING. My sister does all the chasing up while they sit back doing nothing. Feel sorry for the receptionist who is continually saying sorry.

This firm put the trust back in lawyers. all the lovely team both Adelaide and Port Adelaide branches were very pleasant and very helpful. My lawyer Mathew Fuss (and others involved in my claims), were🥰 amazing and very informative, knowledgeable in law and explained everything in such a great manner and their fees where great as to the effort and time they put into my claims I would recommend this firm to anyone who wants a lawyer to fight for their rights.
