Stacey Cargill would have to the slowest active communicator I had to deal with via my own legal counsel. Any future transaction with her being involved will be cancelled.

Paul Salinas Artisan Legal was engaged in suspicious circumstances weeks before my Brother passed away (third party email). My Brother (72) had Mental Health issues, terminal health issues and was a paraplegic. He already had a Solicitor working for him and family EPA's and Executor.

Person's not known to our family and without apparent legal authority manufactured new legal documents AHD, EPA, Wills and revisions and instructed Paul Salinas via emails. Solicitor did no Due Diligence including contacting family, EPA's, solicitor, doctor regarding existing Will, EPA's (Guardian/Managers).

Solicitor has not been Professional or Transparent with family or explained secretive actions of third party person (Treasurer Religious Charity and New Beneficiary).

Third parties and Solicitor (Paul Salinas) referred to A.C.T Police with evidence of Undue Influence, Elder Abuse and document fabrication/fraud involving his late client. Referred to A.C. T Law Society.

I had high hopes for this firm after seeing great reviews about their seamless service but after booking in to discuss estate planning on two separate occasions and them not showing up to the online appointments both times and they also did not contact me to let me know what happened or offer a new time or meeting with someone else instead I'm left feeling disappointed and will now be taking my business elsewhere

Their reply below states they phoned me, unfortunately they did not and I actually had to call them after no one had shown for the appointment 5 minutes in and they told me the solicitor would be a couple more minutes before joining. I called them again after a further 10 minutes had passed when the solicitor had still not joined the call and told them I'd be going elsewhere given the complete disregard for my appointments two separate times.
