Going through a long and heart-wrenching process such as separation, it is important to have a good supportive team behind you. I changed to Aston Legal group from a previous lawyer when it became apparent that my case was going to proceed to court.

Aston Legal came recommended to me as a team that can get things done, and indeed I found them all to be on the ball and very proactive to get issues resolved.

All of the staff were lovely to deal with, however Rookie Wheelhouse is the lynchpin holding the office together. As office manager she was on top of where my case was at any given time, quick to respond to any query I had (no matter how stupid) with an email or a call and an absolute pleasure to deal with. A shocking amount of spelling mistakes, information would be incorrect even after I corrected it, concerns ignored, they would ask for documents but not seem to read them instead asking for information I had provided several times, they kept calling at random times even after I asked them to stop even after I threatened to terminate our contract, and after I paid I had to chase them up.

After they had called me multiple times during work hours I called them up and they had no idea who was calling or why.

Marissa was an incredible support with helping me through my situation. She provided honest advice, always contactable and I was grateful to have her by my side. Would highly recommend!
