We reached out to Matt’s office and spoke to Ange after we had negotiated a private sale of our house. Their office was able to draw up the contract of sale for us and liaised with the purchaser’s conveyancer to get the contract signed. All was dealt with in a timely manner which was much appreciated.

A week later we placed a purchase contract on another property so Matt and Ange now had two settlements to manage for us.

At all times they were contactable by email or phone, not that we had to initiate any subsequent contact as they kept us updated the whole time with what we needed to do. This made a very involved process simple to complete and understand.
