Genuine, caring professionals. 5 years ago we worked with Karen to do my mums will and organise medical enduring attorney. She listened intently understood the situation and provided us with guided advice that helped my mum tremendously. Her reassurance was comforting for my mum who really needed help at the time. She was amazing...but regretably I forgot to write a review at the time!

But just 2 weeks ago I had to go back to get some documents for mum because she has moved to Aged Care and Karen remembered me and it was done quickly and with no trouble at all. Nothing had changed, she was still so lovely, the reception presented professionally and the receptionist was lovely over the phone.

I am now going back to do some things for my dad. It feels so good to have a company and someone who you can trust for the legal things in life. I travel 30 mins because I wont go anywhere else now. Highly recommend!

Terrible service. H.C had a conversation with me last week to make a call then we would set up retainer and move forward. he made no call and it was like my business was a bother to him. I have gone with other representation who made everything very easy and clear and made that call without wanting money first. thank you for wasting more time on a very time sensitive case. I strongly recommend everyone tries other legal help before being a bother for this poor guy.

Belleli King Associates recently assisted me with a very stressful insurance dispute. The solicitor involved was across all of the finer details and took a commercial and pragmatic approach. They made the process easy, stress free and understandable from start to finish. I really appreciated the boutique firm feel. They communicated very well and resolved my issue immediately. I will definitely be using them again and recommending them to all of my friends and medical colleagues.

Stay away. Do not engage this firm to act on your behalf. Take note of some of the responses on here, and walk away. Absolutely useless!

Absolutely discussed with the service I have received. I would not recommend using this firm . I have wasted 2years, $80k with no result.

TL/DR - Unprofessional, disorganised and lacks communication and transparency. Save your money and take your business somewhere else.

Trust these 1 star reviews. Belleli King & Associates have no communication skills, do not take accountability and lack transparency but expects to get compensated for their unprofessionalism.

Should be their responsibility as a business to ensure there is clear cut communication of services being provided. As a first home buyer had no idea what to do, called to ask for Conveyancing costs and services and was told that these services will be emailed to me etc. Emailed them and never got a response back at all or any confirmations on what will occur now.

Assumed that my email went into the abyss and that they weren’t taking me on.

Needed someone urgently with clear services outlined so a week later without any communication from them I went with a different conveyancer as my settlement was approaching and we needed to get the ball rolling.

After a month or so from my initial phone call Belleli King & Associates emailed me with my Conveyancing documents. I kindly emailed them as a courtesy and explained as they did not contact me at all within that 1 month time frame (not an email or a single phone call outlining the services that will be provided or what would happen now) that I unfortunately contracted with someone else as I thought nothing was being done at all.

This happened in April/May. Now in December they randomly sent me an invoice for $300 out of the blue demanding me I pay them for the docs they had to obtain. I initially called them and tried to ask for it to be rectified but of course it was MY cost to bare when I never even signed an agreement nor was anything at all communicated to me. I guess they desperately need the money? That’s fine, take it.

They never outlined what they would do for me and never even contacted me. The only contact I had with them was 1 phone call that lasted a couple of minutes.

This business needs to improve immensely on their communication skills and provide more transparency. I think it’s unprofessional after only 1 phone call and no contact at all after a month to suddenly do the work and expect to get paid. Anyone would’ve assumed that they have been forgotten after a month of no contact. Save your money and get better service elsewhere.

After our mother passed away in early January 2021, the executor decided he couldn't perform the role adequately, so 3 months ago he requested these people to take over and finalise a very easy probate matter since the Will was already held by them. After multiple emails, phone calls and messages left for Karen, I was finally able to talk to her this week to find out that she hadn't even read an email I had sent 3 weeks ago, and had not done anything at all in relation to probate of our late mother's estate. In fact she had not even touched the file in the last 3 months! The excuse was a ' desk full of work'. Not good enough!! I will be taking my own Will away from these people once they have finally completed this probate of our mother's estate. Useless, absolutely useless!!

My mother received her Will with a number of spelling errors and mistakes. The legal representative asked my mother questions without adequately explaining legal terms to her or noting that my mother's answers were completely off topic.

I spoke to their family lawyer, he sounds like a real expert, answered all my questions. Most other firms I called before were asking for money before answering anything. I will call them on Monday and hand over my case.

Excellent service, professional, dealt with my a few of my matter highly efficiently, with care, and managed to get everything even with extremely tight deadlines. Keep up the excellent work guys!
