I have no hesitation in recommending BPC Lawyers for assistance in seeking compensation from thoughtless and negligent travel companies. Our experience over a trip to the Antarctic, which should have been cancelled by the travel company, due to the Covid pandemic, resulted in permanent life-threatening medical problems for my wife. I chose BPC Lawyers to represent me after meeting with several firms about my Workplace Injury legal needs. After meeting some of the team I was allocated Tim Driscoll to represent me. After my first interactions I felt at ease and knew that I was in great hands. Kept telling me I’d lose the case. Once in court I wasn’t allowed to be present, I wasn’t allowed to even know what was said. I received an offer and took out of lack of faith for Tim. I have a cognitive impairment that was never bought up in my case even thought it plays big factors in my life. Tim didn’t wanna help. I received misleading information the whole case. Tim would adjourn for as long as possible. He tried once and the commissioner even got sick of it and halfed the time he asked for. Tim gave me a payout amount from offer I would receive after tax and other deductions. I received nearly half of his “in bank” estimation. Absolute joke of a place. I will be taking action with fair trading and seeking further legal advise and a fair hearing after this. Tried to resolve a work Injury thanks to bpc I received 5-6 years of a head ache instead.

Thankfully my new friend had a reputable legal representative I can now contact. Never again for bpc
