We recently sold our family business after 48 years of ownwership. We used Clifford Gouldson to oversee the the commercial sale legalities and have to say their performance was beyond reproach. They were extremely dilligent, giving us the greatest protection and advantage when wording the sale contract, and their extensive commercial sales knowledge resolved any problems that arose during the sale process.

We also had need to use their Industrial Relations Dept to resolve a spurious wage claim by an employee. Through their extensive experience in these matters we were able to defeat the claim.

I cannot recommend this firm enough. I faced a big issue and was referred to Harrison. After explaining the situation to him, he went over every option I had in detail and possible outcomes before strongly suggesting a soft approach first rather than bringing out the big guns straight away. I had a bad experience with a particular conveyancing lawyer and needed advice on my legal rights. I called a few law firm but only Harrison Humphries actually spent time to listen and offered his opinion without asking for any payment for his time. I would recommend him to those who needs a good lawyer. He may charge a premium but you get what you pay for. Keep up the good work Harrison!
