It's such a pleasure to write of excellent service rather than moaning of being disappointed. The group has always devoted time to my questions, sometimes saying "I have some urgent matters so I'll get back to you later today" but that's expected in a busy legal practice. She always (always) gets back to me, even if it was very late - way after 5 pm. Usually the answer is by the end of a phone call, always with good grace, often with a personal comment or question. All in all a personal touch to a professional service. I would thoroughly recommend the group.
