Sarah looked the conveyancing for the purchase of my first home. She was extremely helpful in explaining the process, and I was comforted in knowing that she understands these processes inside out.

In my particular case, due to an issue with some documentation from my bank, my settlement was delayed and I was charged penalty interest by the vendor. Sarah was able to work through this with CBA, who ended up refunding the penalty, as they were at fault.

Sarah was fantastic, it was our first time buying and didn’t know what to expect, Sarah explained everything to us and kept us up to date. We had a covenant clause on the property we were buying so she investigated and explained the restrictions, as it was in old english we couldn’t understand it. Westpac were a nightmare, saying we were not entitled to the first time home owners grant, but we were. It was a mess and only for Sarah sorting it out, and she got us the grant, she went over and beyond to sort Westpac out. (don’t go with Westpac). It was so bad they gave us a restaurant voucher to say sorry, but really they should have given Sarah a voucher as she had to deal with them. When we decided to later sell the property we used Sarah again as we want to have someone we know we can trust, and she is that person.

Sarah was my Conveyancer for 2 properties and both times she did a stand out job. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a personal experience, she is always available for a call, and no question was ever too small, and her answers were always very detailed, an expert for sure.

Sarah is very knowledgable in property law. We used her services to buy a house, and again when we later sold the house. She gave great tips on things we should do both times. Purchasing our first home we were very nervous about the overall process and we wanted someone who was experienced and understanding of our concerns to handle our conveyancing. We found there was an overwhelming amount of information online but we wanted someone who could explain the steps to us in an easy to understand way to help clarify any queries we had. Over the journey we reached out to Sarah on several different properties before we finally were able to secure our first home. Sarah helped us review each contract in detail, pointing out any issues or items we might want to clarify before progressing and also guiding us on the process as we were new to it all. She also gave us great advice around some discussion points to cover with the real estate agents and helped ensure we always understood the contracts and section 32 document before we progressed to bid or place a formal offer. We finally were able to secure our first home and despite the vendor being rather difficult, we felt confident as we had Sarah’s support and guidance throughout it all. Very happy that the settlement went through swiftly and smoothly and the experience was both fun and educational.
