Recently had the pleasure of working with John Dinale on a DUI charge. My DUI was a little different in that I was involved in a head-on collision whilst riding a motorcycle. John is easy to get along with, great to speak to and I never felt stressed with his knowledge and guidance.

I knew I made a mistake and originally planned on pleading guilty and representing myself, but a quick search for a Beaches lawyer and getting in contact with John was the best discission I could've made. He is down to earth, realistic, thorough and covered every base in creating my plea and giving me options to help myself receive the best outcome.

I was never too focused on what penalties/sentence I was going to receive as it was my fault at the end of the day, but in saying that the outcome was excellent and nowhere else would I have gotten the kind of results John achieved for me.

I contacted my lawyer, John, when facing a criminal DV charge that didn't reflect the person I am. Despite having represented me in prior traffic law cases, this situation was different. I was rattled, but John immediately recognised I wasn't myself. He took charge, probing for the factual information needed and choosing a defense angle that I can only applaud. Before meeting John, I had been punished more severely for driving on a suspended license.

When the magistrate stood, looked me in the eyes, commended me for my military service, and agreed that my actions came from a place of protection, not stalk track with intent to do harm, I felt relieved. She recorded no conviction. After leaving the courtroom, I spent the night in a hotel with the protected person who throughout this adversity we have become closer than ever and our beautiful daughter, grateful for the absence of a charged that doesn't reflect my character.

Although I didnt end up using Johns services due to fact that I was lucky enough to have a famiy contact willing to help, John was incredibly helpful, accomodating and willing to put in time for effort before I was aware I had this other option available to me. John put time into my case and asked for nothing in return of out goodwill. Ive no doubt anybody engaging John services would be very satisfied and impressed.
