Our second settlement with CS Legal was a disappointing experience. Incorrect instructions were provided, and it wasn’t until 2:20 PM the day before settlement that we received the correct details, leaving us to rush and transfer funds at the last minute, all while worrying about the risk of a scam. This unnecessary stress was further compounded by poor customer service. There was no explanation or apology for the mistakes they made. Unfortunately, we will not recommend CS Legal and will not use their services again.

Update: No, my concern wasn’t about the PEXA key (as you can see, I did not mention anything about PEXA key in my review above) - it was about communication. While I appreciate the prompt response this time, it is unfortunate that it came through this review platform rather than when I needed a reply to my emails.

I have spoken with Richard today and have nothing further to add. However, I have added one more star to this review as I appreciate Richard taking the time to call - this is all we care about: a proper response.
