I was very impressed (and relieved) after discussing a real estate dispute with Dino Di Rosa today. Not only was he able to alleviate my concerns about several issues, but he was forthcoming with suggestions for further. future points of contention - and provided detailed, valuable steps of procedure that I could follow. What started off as being a straight forward lodgement for Grant of Probate for my late father, turned into an all mighty mess due to other parties. I approached Di Rosa Lawyers for assistance with dealing with the matter. Dino was open and very professional and provided excellent advice and assistance from the beginning to the finalisation and distribution of my late father's estate. My brother and I could not recommend Di Rosa Lawyers highly enough. The firm kept me fully informed the entire time and kept costs to a reasonable level considering the value of my late father's estate.

I engaged Dino (paid in full) for a re-seal of a probate that's granted in NSW and it had limited progress for 2 years. The whole experience was painfully slow that there's continuous delay and lack of communication.

2 months after the engagement, the reseal application was lodged but after 6 long weeks of waiting they told me that it's been rejected and I needed to lodge a fresh one. Despite numerous follow ups by SMS and email, I kept struggling to get a hold of them during the 2 years I dealt with them. The lawyer doesn't seem to have much experience with death overseas with a valid Australian will and kept wasting my time with instructions proven to be wasted efforts down the track.

The only good thing Dino did was admitting his lack of expertise in this area after 2 years and referred me to a more capable lawyer who obtained a favourable outcome in 7 months.

I don't usually give bad reviews but the standard of service I received was not acceptable. There was pretty much no progress on the matter if I don't follow up, not to mention they spelt my name wrong in drafting an affidavit for me.

Don't waste your time and money trying to get things done with this lawyer, if your matter has any complications.

I was very happy in consulting with Dino, he was very well informed and very clear and articulate about what needed to be done. Being very naive with these matters I felt very relaxed and well informed when I left his office. I will recommend him to everybody.

Subject – Probate/Will De Rosa managed the will/estate of our father, so we did return to De Rosa to complete the Probate and the Estate distribution. Probate was completed quickly. Distribution was managed within a reasonable time. Administration – This requires some polishing, surrounding Privacy and Confidentiality, information required prior to meetings and clear concise paperwork. All emails and calls to the office were responded in a suitable time frame. Dino and Mary both very helpful.
