I went to them for help with my divorce. They were supportive, explained everything clearly, and made sure I knew my choices. It felt like they were really looking out for me, which was a big help.

Far from professional, from not replying to emails, phone calls and even neglecting to contact or pass on crucial information to the other party involved makes this one of the worst places in Bundaberg to get any legal matter dealt with in a fast and effective manner.

Only working 2 days a week is far from acceptable. I would highly recommend seeking advice from any other legal firm in Bundaberg. Seeking free legal advice from legal aid or google would be far more effective than entertaining this law firm with any case you wish to have dealt with.

A little disappointed and left wondering if all is right. A few silly mistakes made in writing my will, ie. names being wrong, which I considered rather casual. I asked to take my will with me, which seemed to cause some concern, but was given it. Got home to find one page of my will missing, so had to go back. The girl was pleasant enough, but I was left feeling it was all a bit slap dash. I would expect a will to be proof read before giving it to me. I do not expect mistakes from a law firm. Wish I had gone elsewhere.
