My wife and I used First Legal for a recent property purchase and could not have been more pleased with their support. Chris worked with us through a number of different properties before we found the one we proceeded with and he was incredibly supportive throughout. He also likely saved us from entering into a highly disadvantageous contract (on a property we chose not to proceed with) that had some very questionable terms and omissions which left the buyer insufficiently protected - something we never would have picked up on our own.

Settlement (when we got there) was stress-free, well prepared for, and we were kept informed the whole way through.

We have no plans to move homes in the near future but, if we did, we'd absolutely be engaging Chris' services again.
