Thank you for getting my TPD! I had just assumed I wasn't eligible but that was until I spoke with Lory(Loredana Trimboli). If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't have received the pay out. So, if you have been paying for insurance through your Super fund (most of us do by default) and have been permanently injured, I'd highly recommend a chat with Lory at Gordon Legal. Definitely worth it.

Contacted the firm about a sensitive matter I believed may have some merit for medical negligence. Spoke to administrative staff and a paralegal before being told that the firm would not take on my matter and that I should make a complaint to the regulator instead. I was happy to accept that they did not believe that it was worth being taken further but disappointed at the lack of reasons given. Two stars for the admin and junior staff who were friendly but overall a bad review for (politely) being shown the door with no explanation as to why.

I had so much help from Zoe, Sky and Jenny. Can't thank them enough for all there help. They explained everything in simple terms that made it very easy for me to go through the whole process, nothing was a problem for them, felt like they really cared for me, feel very looked after and extremely happy with the out come.
