I highly recommend Kylie Aquilina (Family Law) if you want a genuine, personalised approach to your matter. When your children are involved, you don't want a 'cookie-cutter' textbook approach, you want someone who listens, understands the little things that make your matter unique as well as the bigger picture, and sees you as a 'family' not just an invoice number. My advice is invest in quality legal advice/representation, your family is worth it, and I can confidently recommend Kylie to do that.

Haydon was helpful, encouraging and very knowledgeable regarding a recent faulty vehicle claim we had to make against a used car dealership. We were feeling very defeated before speaking to Haydon but his calm, layman terms explanations bolstered us and we got the outcome we wanted from the dealership. Highly recommend Haydon.

I recently contacted Haydon at Hammond Legal and explained my property situation. Haydon had not received a matter like this previously however was very astute and listened attentively. By receiving all the information Haydon devised an authority, discussed it with his colleagues and kept me abreast of the matter from the outset. He subsequently liaised with my Accountant and following Accountant advice, which initially posed a challenge, Haydon continued to research ways and apply the necessary strategies to make the situation work.

I wasn’t happy that first, I thought I was dealing with someone in Albany and I wasn’t. That needs disclosure. Secondly, I felt that I wasn’t forcefully represented to the other side. It was more like two lawyers having a chat and Hammond’s sort of agreed when I was outraged by the other side’s aspersions. I was significantly dissatisfied and at this point would not use Hammonds again. I ended up having to take matters into my own hands and solve the problem another way. And I was significantly out of pocket paying, what I thought, were high fees to Hammond’s for very little work or representation.

I couldn’t hold Hammond legal in a higher regard. Haydon is knowledgeable and professional but most importantly for myself, able to simplify issues so I knew exactly what was involved.

Great professional staff, which successfully got a even better result than I had even hoped for. Couldn’t recommend them any more!

I was faced with a legal matter that was both time and personally sensitive. I sought counsel from Hammond Legal and was assigned to their lawyer Haydon. Haydon was absolutely amazing, both professionally but empathetically, as this sensitive matter was quite personally distressing. Haydon listened to my situation and passionately set about representing me to resolve the issue. The matter was resolved beyond my wildest expectations.
