However after paying the $1600 and Hynes Legal providing the advice to the Body Corporate the body corporate mostly ignored it. I contacted Frank to ask him if he 'would count this as your first loss?' he never responded. I emailed him again to ask for 'some communication as to why my outcome was so different to your past experience' and again he never responded. Quite disappointing.

Although we've known and dealt with Frank Higginson and Hynes in various ways for some time now, it was only about a year ago that we had a need for their services.
