Cameron was very thorough and generally quick to respond. Once he had completed his part (looking into council permits and boundaries) he passed me over to Susan, who repeatedly attempted to call me during my work hours rather than respond to my emails and sent through the final amount for settlement THE DAY BEFORE SETTLEMENT. There were some issues at the final inspection that I brought up with the real estate, and when they weren't fixed I brought them up with Susan and she said she can't really do anything since I didn't tell her before settlement. At no point before settlement did she ask me if there were any issues - I'm not sure how I'm supposed to know how her job works if she doesn't tell me. Very unimpressed.

I recently sold a house without an agent and worked with Sue and Cameron, who were nothing short of amazing. Banks are very slow at the moment which impacted the approval process for the buyers! Sue was always on the phone like clockwork to discuss the next step and always provided really solid advice while being a lovely person to talk to at anytime! Sue knows her stuff and I wouldn’t go anywhere else again! My family had three generations of business going with Sue all at once all with different needs (a build, a sale with a power of attorney and my house sale without an agent) and Sue was able to act for all three situations with a seamless Service and always a smile! Cameron Spink did our Conveyancing for our property purchase in 2017. He was fantastic, explained everything well, answered all of our questions, always responded promptly. The Reception team was also very helpful if Cameron wasn't available. Couldn't speak of them more highly.

I have used Jennings Conveyancing for a number of property purchases and sales. I have also ways Jennings to be profession and very helpful. From the Admin team through to Damien himself they always go above and beyond to make sure information is passed on quickly and explained, I highly recommend Jennings and can not thank them enough for all they have done.

This company was prompt and were able to be worked with upon purchasing our property, but was extreamly disgraceful upon sale. They did not listen to instructions, consistently did not communicate with us when it came to communicating with the developer to the point where the relationship with the developer in the end was so strained and due to this company dropping the ball on several occasion ensured we did not get much understanding from them come the time of handover to which I will explain further bellow.

After I confirmed on several occasions the settlement date that was specified in the contract, they were still disorganised and late which almost resulted in us losing our block of land. Our contract was passed through 6 people in their office throughout the time we dealt with them and no one knew what was going on with our contract in the end.

Because of their lack of communication, organisation and blatant disregard for the position they had put us in, this process was extremely stressful.

When I spoke to the Director Mr. Jennings he proceeded to boast to my wife about how successful his business is, that he does not need our contract in order for him to continue his success and rudely suggested I go else where if was dissatisfied, knowing full well that we were almost about to default on our and due to none of the conveyancing documents completed and moving else where was not possible at this stage. Mr.Jennings proceeded to raise his voice to her over the phone which had her in tears in the end.

The final documents were drawn and emailed to me the night before we were due to settle which saw and inflated price in regards to their servicing fees. By the time I could read through the document their office had closed and we were due to settle at 10am the following morning.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any kind of professional. From my personal experience reflected above I would not suggest this company to anyone.

This company was fine upon purchasing a property but disgraceful upon sale. They did not listen to instructions, were disorganised and late but most importantly deposited the entire amount of my funds from the sale into their own trust account and would not transfer it out until I sat in their offices and physically demanded they do so!
