A reasonable result in the finish and they seemed more helpful towards the end, but overall I felt the experience was made far more stressful than it needed to be. I was not treated with the dignity and respect I deserved.

Instead of filling me with calm reassurance and confidence, they were strangely disorganised and pessimistic (and not always honest). There was little attention paid to detail, with numerous mistakes being made and obvious important things not being done (such as not prepping me before the crucial medical examinations).

Admittedly the attitude did seem to improve towards the end and expenses seemed fair, but over a 2 year period the process was needlessly stressful due to a lack of quality service and care. I didnt even receive a note 'farewell and best wishes' once the matter had settled.

I would like to acknowledge Prazol, who stepped in and was helpful in rectifying things, and also good enough to convey genuine sympathy for the errors and oversights I had experienced.

*NB I did give a 5 star review in late 2022, but that was as a favour request when I signed up.
