I had a specific problem and Lake Legal was referred to me. I did not have any prior business relationship with this firm. I phoned, and to my surprise I was verbally greeted by Mr Ralph Lake, who was on vacation. He made me feel comfortable about my concerns and matters. I felt I was the intruder to Mr Lake's private time and space.
