The service I received from Lewis O'Brien was top notch. I had a difficult situation with an Instalment Contract where the purchasers were defaulting. Lewis gave me prompt, succinct, targeted advice by email and phone. He was always easily contactable, responded fast, understood my problem and my needs, and tailored his solutions to my individual situation. After a relatively short time I got the desired outcome with much less fuss, paperwork and cost than I have ever had with previous legal advice. I only wish I had known about Lewis sooner, I would have saved much time, stress and money. He has an efficient, straightforward approach and faces problems head on, with simplicity and directness.

Save some time and avoid Lewis on any contractual requirements for property transactions. Awkwardly I had to physically go into his office to retrieve the original contract and pass to another company. Sadly it was left to his poor assistant to explain the incompetence and apologise.

He was definitely knowledgeable but communication was not a strong suit.
