When I first went to Lion Heart Lawyers, I was in a complete mess, like most of you probably are at this stage, not knowing which lawyer to trust, been given the run around, having to chase up all the time, financial stress,, you name it. After my initial consultation, an affidavit, cover letter etc (adding up to 9 pages) was sent out within 4 days. I come from a family with a legal back ground and compared to the previous lawyers who have given me the run around, these letters and the prompt service was mind blowing. I thought “Hmmm… new brooms sweep clean” just to experience consistency throughout the next 14 months, until mediation and everything else was settled. Every time I e mailed, I’d get a reply in half a day, every time we get a letter from the other side, a reply would be sent out within a maximum of couple of weeks, and so it continued. I never had to chase up. Everything was done in a timely manner. The integrity, loyalty and consistency is out of the world. Given the challenges involved in my case I can’t even imagine the position I will be today, had I not gone with Christie and Charbel! They have just wasted my time on my workplace injury case . So poor communication . They keep Changing my lawyer even without informing me . First one year they just told me working on my case that's taking long time . When my workplace insurance even was supposed to close the case , I had tried calling them to inform that but they even didn't bother or given me a call back . I'm still suffering on that injury but I have no medical cover even just because of the lack of communication and unhelpful support this law farm.

Agree with some others here that if you need a lawyer that totally doesn't care about you, have no idea of what they're doing, and keep sending you threats that you'll lose the case, hire them.
