Great service. We originally had Lockett McCullough Lawyers as our solicitor for our business dealings in Noosa. Then when we bought our first home, we also had them as our conveyancer. As you can imagine, it was a lot for a first home buyer, we had no prior experience and everything is new. Thankfully, our conveyancer, Sophie, helped us through the process and sorted everything out. We also received a rate supplement notice from local council 4 months after settlement with payable rate backdated to before we own the property and Sophie helped us contacted the seller and had them pay their share of the rate supplement. Highly recommend.

If I could give a zero star I would. Very unprofessional firm using dirty bait and switch marketing tactics. Provide a quote for conveyancing then add $200 worth of unjustifiable fees to a very basic conveyance of a residential property. When I raised the query I was provided with a justification for the additional charge which was proven to have not been carried out by the paralegal and so a different justification was given for the additional charge. Highly unprofessional outfit. You cant even call any of their offices at all. All three office numbers are diverted to the message bank of a lady name Kate. It simply says "Hi you have reached Kate.... " I am now highly doubtful the three offices claimed on their website even exist. Why would none of them have a working telephone? I was provided a copy of the Queensland law society register showing two of the staff are on the QLD law society register. How can you have 3 offices and only two lawyers? Instead of trying to resolve my complaints, I have now been threatened with defamation if I don't take this review down.

Very happy with the service. Fast, efficient and genuine. Donna was very helpful, explained everything in common language (as first home buyer there is lots of terms that I couldn't get my head around) but she took her time to make sure I am on the same page. Easy to contact as well as regular updates of the progres. Definitely took away a lot of stress from my shoulders.

This firm committed a serious breach of client- lawyer confidentiality in email correspondence about estate planning (constitutes a breach of the Privacy Act). In addition to the breach, documents prepared had multiple errors. Previously good dealings with the firm for conveyancing. Will not be using this firm again.

Courtney was very helpful in assisting me with my late husband’s estate. She navigated through bureaucracy which at times was quite complicated and nonsensical, and she ensured I was informed of the progress and of any issues. Thank you for your assistance Courtney.

Inger Brecknell assisted me with the conveyancing for my first property purchase. I highly recommend her. When I made my initial enquiry, I received a response from Donna within about 5 mins. Thereafter I dealt solely with Inger. I enjoyed having the one contact person which you don't always get. It made updates and questions much easier because we were on the same page. Throughout the process Inger was very informative and quick to respond to any questions. She cared about me and the process and was genuinely motivated and excited to get to settlement on time.
