While all services were completed, we encountered significant communication challenges during our property development. Our off-the-plan apartment was delayed beyond the sunset date, and we consistently had to follow up with our solicitor for updates and information.

Unfortunately, this lack of proactive communication led to additional moving costs that could have been avoided. Lawyer Grace Guo from Longteng Law Firm provides very poor service and poor professional skills. She cannot give useful advice even after receiving money. She also looks down on her clients and treats them with disgust and contempt. Too bad you can't give me any useful advice for spending money on suffering!

I am a small business owner, we situated in a small shopping mall. Due to the rent raised almost reaching 100% and negotiation was literally a stonewall. 13 years was unfortunately in the end all for nothing. When the landlord realised we were not pressuring a 3rd lease contract of 5 years. They threatened us with law action and wanted to squeeze us for everything they could.
