A nightmare to deal with! Extremely slow to respond to communication, even slower to action requests, constant spelling mistakes, information not captured correctly, generally very unprofessional. Very amateur conduct.

A frustrating experience as a seller and even more frustrating for the buyer and buyers agent who didn’t have their requests actioned until our conveyancer chased and chased. Really not good enough and caused unnecessary angst for both parties.
