We engaged Rodrigo Haddad.to oversee a legal matter regarding finale payment of some invoices outstanding after going through VCAT, Rodrigo was able to send the other party a statutory demand. A statutory demand is a formal demand whereby the other party has 21 days (plus an additional 7 days to allow for postage) to make payment of the debt, failing which they will be presumed to be insolvent. i was reccomended to see Nicolina Lademan, and i am so disappointed on the poor service i received, Nicolina has not had enough years of experience in the law firm.., she destroyed my case and all she cares about is taking clients money, i noticed this and took all my files to a experienced professional lawyer and he was extremely disappointed on the mess she created and now I'm paying someone else to fix her mess, It is clear that Nicoina does not know what she is doing if you have money to throw in the rubbish then go to her. Please do not see her for legal service the people that recommended me had never been to her they just googled solicitor in the area and unfortunately she came up DISASTER!!!!!!!
