MDH LEGAL PTY LTD disappointment with the billing process for my case, specifically with the communication and consistency of invoices provided by Melissa. Issues 1. Inconsistent Invoicing: I received an initial invoice before the job was completed. After the job was done, I requested another invoice, which had a significantly higher amount. I'm unclear about the reasons for this discrepancy. 2. Lack of Response: When I emailed Melissa about the discrepancy, I didn't receive a response. Despite discussing this with her in person, where she promised to follow up via email, I haven't heard back. 3. Additional Support Request: After the job was completed, I reached out to Melissa via email for assistance with a personal issue. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any response to this email either.

I value the work done on my case, but these issues have left me feeling frustrated and uncertain. The lack of communication and inconsistent billing have raised concerns about the level of service I can expect from your company.
