Run, don't hesitate in running from these shonky donks. The director submitted false evidence and statement about me in court. Absolutely no reason to outright lie in court, in writing where it can be proven to be vexatious and this corrupts the integrity and smooth running of the court. He has done nothing to remedy this. He didn't even bother showing up for his own client, sent another lawyer, who was an hour late and he was across the road from the court. This is exactly why people don't like lawyers.

Like I said, run from these people. Gave one star because I had too to review what has to to be the most incompetent practice in the state. A formal complaint has hereby been lodged with the legal services Commissioner, because as soon as they are aware false evidence has been submitted it's their legal duty to report this to the court. Hasn't happened so they'll deal with the legal bar over their corrupted actions. We all believe their first duty is to their client. False, their first duty is ALWAYS to the court and the client always comes second to the court. Good day.

I've had several dealings with this firm ...I gave them 2 stars , only because they turned up at court.... I wouldn't recommend them to anybody ,,, they are so quick to try to get you to plead , and , and even though they are Criminal Lawyers, . I have done jail through thier minimal contact and they are judgemental attitude not to believe my side,,,,,just plead ... not again my friend .

Absolutely disgusting service. If you're looking for a knowledgeable lawyer who will make an effort to get you a good result, then don't bother with this firm... go elsewhere. We dealt with Hugh Middleton who is the director and I have never had a worse experience. He was quick to send the bill and accept payment and then that was the end of it. No contact and no direction at all. We didn't even hear back about the end result, had to call the court. Appalling.

Edit- it was my Partner who was being represented. Not myself. I will not contact you… more waste of my time.

Very unhappy with the services my family received from Kay Martin. We later found out that she knew the opposing party very well. No wonder we pushed into giving in to the other parties demands! Stay away from this firm if you want any sort of fair outcome.

Don't do art commision work for them they will threatened to sue you for as little as $300.00 for two peices of work if in there option it is not art weeks after they picked up and paid for items love to use there power sadly
