The initial consultation was fee free but the firm principal made sure to extract a fee for some as it turns out, useless services. The work done was haphazard and when I pointed out the errors was told that "it didn't matter anyway". When I attempted to move forward at a later date with the legal matter emails were unanswered and phone calls were not returned. This seems to have been the experience of other clients as well.

I have been offered more than one hour free consultation, she was taking notes carefully on every and each detail, I have been given the opportunity to express, explain and ask all questions I need to. Called to get advice regarding an employment matter. I was provided with detailed advice and information on services provided, as well as different option to me and the prices. Extremely helpful and patient with me as I have no knowledge of this area.
