Daniel is a lifesaver. I never thought I would ever give a 5-star review to a lawyer (unheard of?), but Daniel was amazing! After suffering through 18 months with an awful builder, and being told by our prior lawyers that we would have to go through DBDRV and then VCAT (which would have meant 6+ months of suffering with our home held ransom by the builder), we called Daniel for advice based on his extraordinarily high Google reviews.

Daniel found a way to get us our home back quickly (26 days) and gave us flawless advice throughout the process. Attempted to produce a shareholders agreement for me. Quality of document, management of revisions, errors throughout, and the time delays meant we went elsewhere to finish the document. Tried to charge double than what was originally quoted, mainly for revisions due to their poor quality document. New legal advice ripped their document apart.
