Unanswered. 5/5/25 2x phone calls, unable to speak to solicitors. Requested practice manager, was told no and hung up on. Phoned back, was assured the (Director) was emailing me “right now”. Wouldn’t provide directors name or contact details. Nothing received.

No subjective opinion. Facts are as stated. In my opinion, the above account demonstrates an unresponsive, unprofessional and misleading interaction.

Wow! Ben and his team are excellent. Family Law is not only emotional for the families involved by Bens team also carry that weight on their shoulders too. Having transferred from another firm, there is always some apprehension on starting a relationship with a new one however; right away O'Sullivan Legal took ownership and help manage issues that were already in train and made me feel supported from day one. 3 years later, they have worked so hard to address my every concern in a practical, understanding and caring manner as well as help me navigate in circumstances that at times became very difficult to manage. Ben has just helped me won equal share to my kids after a 3 year court case (orders received on 08/08/2018) ; I've done some research when my mess started, found Ben and now after 3 years and a splendid result I am very happy with with my choice of family lawyer.

Ben is very knowledgeable, calm, methodical and took a lot of the frustration and stress out of my hands throughout the case. I am crying about my legal bills however, in retrospect of my case, I know now Ben was also good value for my money by keeping his time spent on me to the minimum to achieve the legal goal and every minute accounted for.
