My sister and I engaged Paramount Legal to guide and assist the finalisation of an estate and to provide critical advice and assistance relating to an associated historical property ownership issue.

I was very comfortable with legal advice obtained, including consideration of options and risks in relation to the property ownership issue. The level of detail contained within legal documents prepared was excellent and time was take to explain the rationale around certain clauses etc.

The team worked very well with both my sister and I who are in separate States and have different styles of engagement. Staff were friendly and took the time to explain things. Communication with us was outstanding. Furthermore, I suspect the outcomes Paramount achieved for us were to a large extent enabled by how well the team engaged on a human level with other parties such as other lawyers, government agency staff and the like.

It quickly became evident to us that we had chosen well by engaging Paramount Legal, and although it was a difficult and uncertain time given the circumstances, having Tania M and Josh B (and team) by our side eased the journey substantially. Needless to say we were able to finalise the estate as intended, which was a great outcome given the legal complexity and delicacy involved.
