Our contracts were both due to be exchanged today at 2.30 . I get an email at 10.34 stating an omission of an account was made and I’d have to come up with $19650 in 4 hrs . No phone call just an email I happened to see . Then that amount was changed to $18650 . Then told me I had to pay it directly to the real estate account of which the real estate had never heard of this being done and couldn’t believe what had happened and rang them themselves . Highly unprofessional and incompetent. It caused so much stress as I had to find that amount of money in less than 4 hrs . I would never use them again .

I have used PDC lawyers and Town planners both personally for the creation of a will, and with a commercial property purchase with my business. On both occasions they have been exceptional. They are absolute professionals, always ensuring thorough communication and a tailored service for my individual circumstances. I could not fault either experience in any way and would recommend them highly to anyone.

Thank you to the team for making my first property purchase as smooth as possible! Being a first home buyer, I wasn’t clear on the process of buying a home and the staff at PDC took the time to ensure I was well informed.

Such pleasant people very welcoming And good value for money

We recently engaged this organisation to assist with several council matters. Our matters were both urgent and important and needed a combination of town planner and legal services. It made sense to consider a combined company like this. We engaged this team to assist and we hit every issue imaginable. PDC was slow to respond, the formal correspondance was sub par, they did not offer follow up advice and ignored our requests on what we wanted addressed. So much so that the council we we're dealing with went on the assault and PDC's team were simply absent, reactively responding with a really sub par responses and requests for more money instead of solutions to problems. The bottom line is this team did not have our back when we needed them. They stunningly failed to be of any assistance at all. When we reached out to other companies we found that they were cheaper, more responsive, and not generally not in agreeance with the proposed actions of PDC Lawyers. They have probably done more harm than good to our situation. We do not recommend using this organisation.

A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY- Despite employing every expert known to mankind and getting their expert reports to have our DA approved, they were totally useless. Pathetically unable to use their so called wealth of experience , knowledge to our case. PDC lawyers rolled over like lame ducks when it actually came time to use their self professed skills. They were unable to even provide a whimper of an argument to back up our case- YET wanted to charge us through the roof for doing absolute zero. Employ these impostors at our own peril
