Formerly known as Piccardi Legal, this firm has faced criticism regarding its handling of at least one property settlement & divorce case. Significant failures by the Piccardi's (who appear to be lovely people) in regards to oversight between 2019-2020, including missed court appearances, unresponsiveness to opposing solicitors, failure to follow client instructions & attending court without obtaining any client instructions. These alleged shortcomings led to the WORST possible outcomes and ongoing negligence litigation to this date. To make matters worse the legal profession's reliance on insurers like Lexon, providing a "deny, delay, defend" mentality is beyond justice or what should be considered 'fair'. So please show extreme caution when considering this firm for legal matters.

As with many law firms, I get the impression that the outcomes relate to the experience-level of the lawyer that is assigned to your file. This I would assume has some relationship to how much you are prepared to pay. I’ve used them for multiple conveyancing matters. Will I use them next time? No comment.

Great outcome after shaky start.

I recently had my will done here and the quoted $440, with the usual “additional costs may apply” written into the fine print. Surprisingly when I went to pick up my finished will the cost had increased by around 50%. However, I was contacted by them later that day and after a lovely chat we managed to find a resolution to the misunderstanding. I believe mistakes happen, it’s how we respond to them that counts and I have to say Tony was brilliant when it came to this matter.

After what was a shaky start I would definitely recommend them.
