Never thought I'd be in a situation requiring a solicitor, but RCM has been amazing, in particular Phil Blaxell, my representative. Highly professional, empathetic towards the client. I received a letter in relation to defamation of a business I was once I client. As you could imagine this left me anxious and upset, as I had not defamed in sharing true facts of my experiences. Phil took the time to explain the legislation behind defamation, the procedures and potential outcomes. He was empathetic of the stress I was under and the reassurance he gave me helped keep my mental health in check. I could not speak of Phil higher. He is real, straight up, and confident in the work he produces. I found Phil to be thorough in getting everything right and covering all basis. He was open to me as a client, allowing me to be open and forthcoming with information I thought would help. He works with a team approach and considerate of my personal circumstances, which really made me feel he had my best interests at heart. I can't recommend Haydon Potter enough. My case was protracted over several long months going back and forth with Fair Work. Haydon and his assistant Emma worked tirelessly to get the best outcome for me which in the end resulted in the matter being settled.
