These days, it’s harder to trust 5-star reviews (I'll explain why in a moment), but I'm genuinely pleased to say that Rania is the best solicitor I’ve ever worked with. In the past, I’ve dealt with solicitors who were a nightmare—despite their glowing 5-star reviews, which still baffles me. They would leave things to the last minute, and in one case, they hadn’t even reviewed the contract with an auction the next day.

Rania, however, was completely different. Her work ethic is outstanding. Since I was both selling and buying, there were many moving parts, and she was always there to guide me through the complexities. To give you an example of her dedication, we were resolving an issue via WhatsApp at 11:15 p.m.! She also handled a difficult conveyancer in Penrith with professionalism and tact.
