We contacted Donald for a partner visa. We first had a consultation where he explained the process and the fees that were involved. Worst service, Don’t trust these people

Worst Experience Ever, We've been to many lawyers, but have never faced a situation like this before. We contacted them and was asked to send detailed information via an email, so we spend more than 2 hours getting everything typed up about the situation we're having, We were told to visit there office the next day; however nothing was mentioned about the prices, not even the price of the standard consultation itself, once we emailed everything, We were given an appointment for 12.15PM. After sometime, we were told that they have swapped us with a client of theirs and given us an earlier appointment at 10.30AM, without even us asking for an earlier appointment. The next day we attended their office in Glen Waverley, We still weren't told anything about their prices, Including ( How much their initial consultation costs, What sort of consultations they provide, Which type of consultation have i being given, Do they offer free first consultations, like most lawyers do, nothing whatsoever), We met the lawyer and literally spent 10 minutes in there, and when we came out we were charged an urgent consultation fee $330 out of nowhere ( An urgent consultation which we didn't even ask for) Because no matter what type of consultation it was on the day wouldn't have changed our situation anyway. So i called them to rectify the issue, and asked why i was charged an urgent consultation without even me asking for one, and i was told to send my account no, and then within 5mins or so, i received an email saying that no matter what i'll not be given any refund (not even the urgent consultation fee), and then when we called they hung up and switched of their phone, It was utterly disappointing, and i would never ever go back there again or send there anyone that i know. They don't care about situation, they just care about money thats it.

The reply that they have given below are all lies, i never ever asked for an urgent consultation, and as i said before it wouldn't have changed the situation anyway, i told them the whole situation through the phone and they never mentioned anything about their prices for each consultation, which is ridiculous. Yes i did pay quite a lot of money for my matter itself, but that doesn't mean that you guys can rip me off like that, it was $330 for basically nothing, Yashika clearly mentioned nothing about their prices on any of the calls that was made. They're saying that "i thanked them that other lawyers may have simply charged for the full matter" WHAT A JOKE, that was before they ripped $330 off me for no reason, i actually thought they were nice people, when they welcomed us in and had a 10 minute talk, where they showed that they felt our loss, and was deeply saddened; however that view was completely changed within a couple of minutes, when they asked me to pay an Urgent Consultation of $330, which i didn't even ask for. Watch out from these people
