Jeff has been a huge source of knowledge and guidance during a difficult time in my company. Not only did he give endless advice, he was also very empathetic to my situation. I have no hesitation in recommending Jeff or Shaw Gidley.

I used Shaw Gidley to liquidate a company. And I must say I'm extremely dissapionted in the service.

The liquidation process started in mid January and I was told by Pual Gidley the liqidations will be complete by mid March and would cost 'X' ammont.

Throughout the liqiudation period I was not giving regular updates on the process. I also sent them an email and they contiuned to ghost me. If was not till I wrote an email stating the matter that they were handling this was unacceptable and finally replyed.

After some complation with the ATO and other parties Shaw Gidley ask for an extra $7,000 as the ATO an other parties were talking longer with their part which made Pual Gidley think they were doing extra work.

After the complications with ATO were dealt Pual Gidley asked for an additional $2,000 as he thought he was doing extra work by holding the funds and not procceding with the task.

It was not till 10 months later after changing the completion date 3 time the process with finally done.

If have plenty of time to waste and stacks of money to spend this is the perfect company for you. Hopful this review will save you time and money. Pual Gidley might need to consider liqudating themselves.
