Couldn’t reccomend Shine at all, I came to them when I was needing someone local to assist with an injury. I had a meeting, supplied all info and correspondence and never heard from them until 12 months later.

Found out 7+ months later they were chasing funding for my matter and I hadn’t seen a single email or call back from Reef or Shine.

I would like to thank Enza and Lauren of Shine lawyers Newcastle. Customer service is second to none, ensuring I was updated frequently as to the progress of my case.

We contacted this firm in Hamilton as well as Brisbane. The receptionist, Shenae (Hamilton office) and Ben (Brisbane office), were both polite and professional and advised that they would have someone contact us. Unfortunately, no calls were received and we had to follow things up on two occassions from our end. On the third occassion, we had a pre-arranged appointment for a specific time however, we never received a call.

We are disappointed to say the least, as we have heard good things about this firm. Unfortunately, on this occassion, this has been a poor experience for us and we feel let down.
