Not recommending this conveyancer for anyone as I had the similar experience as KieonTiu... Settlement didn't happen but she was forcing me to pay $ 980 by saying taking legal action if I didn't pay it. Very Rude and trainee staff working there and doing so many mistakes. I also had a friend confidential email which suppose to send him has sent to someone else by her staff. Greedy for money.. Talk nicely until you sign the documents ..if something goes wrong in their end and when it comes to the point of payment she behaves diferently.

DO NOT GO FOR THIS PLACE as there are many other places do the job for fair price.

Not recommending Claire's service to anyone I know as have a doubt about the confidentiality of my data. Staff who worked there are trainees and they have sent important document regarding a settlement to an incorrect email address (totally different) and missed the settlement. But Claire had charged over $900 for her amazing conveyancing even though the settlement didn't happen because of their fault. Please do not go with them. Human errors can be happen but she has no empathy. Kind of Rude.

I couldn't agree anymore with Sarndra Dicken's review on this business. This business was well aware that I was a first home owner but still they sent me a final statement with stamp duty added with over $13K invoice and I had to tell them again you made a mistake even after advising them more than twice I am a first home owner and I am exempt of a stamp duty. Like, why do I have to tell you how to do your job??? I will never ever recommend this business to anyone I personally know as I made the worst mistake of my life by taking my agents advise on choosing this business for my first home. NEVER AGAIN. MINUS 10 STARS.
