The customer service here is good. However, I did not like one thing. A staff member named Thanh To tried to contact me. He wanted to help my son apply for a partner visa. But he asked my son to pay into his personal account. He wanted to use the company's customers to be his own. It is really bad. He should not be in this professional team.

We already used the service twice and we are more than grateful for the professionalism of Solis Lawyer. If we need to use the service again we definitely go back. Thomas is great in term of keeping us updated along the process. The service is too good for the price we pay.
