Since the moment I walked into the office, I felt very welcomed by the professionalism of the team. For years I've dealt with a of tax companies but this was different. There was a personal touch that seemed as if they really wanted to help me. The communication and diligent work that tax focus provided for me was outstanding. I recently immigrated from Australia to New Zealand and tax focus sorted everything out for me. I have to say that I wish I found tax focus years ago. I regard them as the best in the business.

Marcel at Tax focus has honestly been the best referral I ever got financial-wise. First started going to Marcel back about in 2014 on the recommendation of my friend and it was SO EASY. He does everything by email which I appreciate as it doesn't take time out of my day. He contacts you within 24 hours of initiating contact and has the taxes done within like 3 days or something ridiculous at a totally reasonable price. I literally had the worst experience last year when my sister convinced me to go with our family accountant and NEVER AGAIN. This other tax accountant was impossible to contact, charged double what Marcel charges, had his underlings doing all the work for him (and they gave me the wrong GST calculation that when I corrected them they said "oh yeh" and added an extra 5 bucks onto the bill) and it took 2 months of me sending unanswered emails chasing them up to make it happen. Tax Focus has THE BEST accountants in Sydney area. Their accountants are very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and Marcel is by far the best accountant we've ever had. No question went unanswered and all documentation was always 100% accurate...customer service at its best. Marcel always took the time to advise us of any tax incentives or deductions we were entitled to, resulting in larger tax refunds for my husband and I.
