Very unprofessional. I had met with one of the staff who gave me an initial consultation pending my motor vehicle incident. After providing the details and information of the incident, they seemed positive in the assessment of an outcome of the case. I enquired about the how much the costs would be and the payment options for moving forward. They informed me they would get back to me by the end of the week as Peter their principle was in court and busy. I have heard nothing and until I called back to ask what was happening on the 2nd week, I was informed by the receptionist that Peter does not accept and would not provide a reason why. Fairly upsetting and unfair way to be treated and have your time wasted like this.

EDIT: Clearly if you took the fraction of time over the two weeks to care about a potential client who asked "Do you have any payment plans or options?" and you simply responded "No, we don't unfortunately have any payment plans or options due to (so and so). Please let us know if you would like to still continue" - We probably be working together right now solving the bigger problem. But sure, this FREE consultation resulted in both a waste of your time and mine.

Was a customer here a while back, and the service and communication I received was good and helpful. Several years later I hired a different law firm to do a similar thing, and they charged much less than what Peter did. Also, the subsequent lawyer I hired had a law degree from a well respected university, not just a diploma of law, which raises questions as to why Peter charged so much more than them.
