I was looking for a good estate planning lawyer and came across "Tony Kelly Lawyer & Estate Planner" law firm from the website. Both Tony Kelly and Claire Stollery of the Firm have very impressive resume but only after meeting them and their detail explanation, ADVICE , the efficiency and competence of preparing the WILLs for my wife and I with personal touch that was incredible and more than impressive. Much better than bigger legal law firms. The fee is very reasonable. Without any hesitation, I strongly recommend Tony and Claire for your ESTATE PLANNING. Thank you Tony and Claire ! With an estate plan you won't really know how effective it is until you pass, so you need a sense of trust that the lawyer has developed the most suitable plan. Tony has been practising law more than 50 years and you get the sense he should be training lawyers in estate planning. I have come to learn that not all estate plans are created equal. Then there is Claire. The quieter younger protege who gives you confidence in the future of the business. A great partnership.

After a previous bad experience, the points of difference were.... There was an initial no obligation chat to see if we both wanted to deal with each other. And it was a chat, not a presentation.

The fee was for a service, Will and Powers of Attorney. You didn't feel you were on the clock (although I am sure there are limits) and were encouraged to call or email if you had questions. While there were cheaper options I thought Tony and Claire were value.

Tony was prepared to tell us what he thought we needed.

Unfortunately my elderly father died without a Will. I asked Tony to help me to be able to deal with his estate and apply for what I now know are “letters of administration”. Despite some complications Tony and his colleague Claire quickly sorted things out and prepared the necessary paperwork.
