I am disappointed at the legal services provided by Anthia Tan,. As my lawyer at Verge Legal, she never responded to my request for a legal consultation and did not attemp to address my queries when the opposing lawyer's actions generated legitimate concerns for me. The basic duties for a lawyer to fulfill towards his/her clients is to use the legal knowledge and resolve the questions of the clients. If the lawyer is unable to do that, how can the law firm win the trust of its clients? Eventually, I have to take my complaints to the Victorian Legal Services Board and Commissioner for resolutions. The VLSBC has advised me to resolve the disputes in VCAT. I hope Verge legal should take my case in a serious manner in VCAT.

I don’t know how this law firm got such good reviews. My experience with this law firm was very, very bad! After looking for their agent, I sent emails to ask questions but no reply was given. I agreed to reply to the emails but did not answer the questions I mentioned in the previous emails. After the appointment was made, I waited for a day and no one contacted me, repeatedly delaying my time and the case. In short, the whole process was a waste of my time and energy, and I did not receive any effective help or service for the high legal fees I spent!
