He read and explained a few contracts for me without charging. His service is very very reasonable compared to others who cost a lot and some are even not lawyers. I can't say anything but good words about him and have had a wonderful experience throughout. He made the settlement process as smooth as possible. Timothy has been extraordinary from the day I contacted him. He is extremely professional, dedicated and knowledgeable. Tim assisted me start to finish with my home loan with Commbank. I am a first home buyer and had no idea what I was doing and Tim supported me the entire way and ensured I understood everything going on.

The entire process was made so simple. To put into perspective the lack of knowledge I had, I didn’t even know what ‘settlement’ was prior to this journey.

Tim explained everything in simple terms and ensured I only received information I needed (to ensure I wasn’t confused by terminology). I asked him questions far beyond what he signed up for, and he answered with absolute honesty every time.

The complete and utter respect I received, never feeling like I was asking a dumb question (even when I was) was just impeccable. I could go on a rant for hours about how professional Tim was the entire journey.

I was slow to respond at times and didn’t get things to Tim when I said I would, and he was incredibly understanding. Me and my partner were both working full time jobs and struggled with correspondence at time, but Tim made it work.

I think in total, we needed 3-4 extensions from our vendor, which Tim assisted with every time.

Tim corresponded with our Lender in a very professional and productive way. She was shocked at how affordable Tim’s prices were (compared to what she had seen with other solicitors/conveyancers). She also made comment on how great he was and how I was lucky to have such a great team. I can’t agree more.
