I wanted John to be my lawyer however got appointed to Blake. Blake is totally unprofessional, unorganised and frankly incompetent. Throughout my correspondence and appointments with him, he was running extremely late and didn't have paperwork ready. When I entered his office he wouldn’t even get up and greet me professionally. Overall, he seemed uninterested and incompetent to assist me. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Take your money elsewhere where they have more experience than just a dude operating a firm like a child. Waste of time and resources.

One of the worst days of my life. I had been going back and forth with the ex wife for over a year through lawyers, then when i finally had my first court hearing, neither my lawyer or my barrister turned up. Instead john wadlow was sent to represent me, i was not told about this until 2 minutes before the hearing, and john had next to no knowledge of my case. During the hearing john agreed to things that i would of never agreed to, for example, i am not even allowed out of the car during handover of my daughter now, its been a year since then and my girlfriend has had to facilitate every single handover of my daughter 10 times per fortnight because john agreed that i would never get out of the car although i have to be there still so it takes two of us. John didnt raise the points in court which i asked him too and consequently my time with my daughter was not increased at all, despite the courts child specialist recomending i get overnight care. My daughter turns 4 soon and i still cant get a single overnight with her, because that was the only court hearing before trial, i finally get to go to a trial readiness hearing today to hopefully go to trial to get some time with my daughter. Every other lawyer i spoke to since then said i should of reported these guys to the legal profession conduct commission but i did not. When i said i wanted to sit down and discuss the mistakes with these lawyers and how disgusted i was, and that i wanted john wadlow to be there, he sent an email making up lies saying he wouldnt have a meeting with me and didnt want to represent me anymore. Trial will cost me atleast 70 grand and im at a serious disadvantage now because of this previous experience, fighting to get a single overnight with my daughter and hopefully erase some of the terrible work done by John wadlow. When i got to my new lawyer we realised there was multiple documents that we were never even given including court orders we were supposed to abide by, WOW!
