Hi Wilkens and Roche Given my mother had her will and financial matters with your firm you had a fiduciary duty to look after both executors not just one hence I had to be out of pocket heaps to fund lawyers. I know there has been underhanded stuff gone on with this matter my late mum could not be interred for 11 months until I signed a deed of family arrangement I was not allowed in my own mothers house at auction I have not seen the contract of sale of her house now do you really think this matter is transparent I am an authorised witness and I believe in honesty and integrity I know what went on the 9th November 2017 which is totally unethical and was not what my late mum wanted however coerced Kind Regards

We feel completely taken advantage of by WRL. We engaged the services of this firm to explore a property matter. We spent close to $2,000 for them to explore a matter that was answered by a conveyancer within 3 minutes over the phone after a simple online property search. I wouldn't engage them whatsoever.

My partner came to these lawyers after they promised him that he definately had a strong case. They told him he was wrongly represented and they would definately get him the right outcome. We asked them not to waste our time or money they promised results and after 12 mo the later and Manet if 10s of thousands of dollars we have found that they misrepresented him. Lina was the worst lawyer and Vince did nothing but provide false hope still waiting for an outcome all they want is more money for no outcome e disgusting firm no communication never available Stay away

I would not recommend this law firm to anyone local. My partner hired them for a family law matter and magistrates court and it’s been agonizing dealing with them. Their communication has been terrible and we had to continually chase them to get any action. We had to beg them to write a letter for months to start with. They wrote two letters over 3 months and then did as little work as possible over the period of dealing with them for 6 months. Their strategy with court was minimal response meaning as little work as possible from them and they did nothing but send invoice after invoice after invoice and kept moving their goals posts with what was owed which was for minimum work. We will be reporting them on this. I’ve personally dealt with many law firms previously and this one is appalling. Steer clear and beware of their recent positive reviews which are likely fake!!

Please don’t allow your relatives to have their Will’s with this company. It’s been over 18months since my relative passed and his will is still yet to be finalised. Every time an update has been requested it has incurred a fee even though updates were promised. The probate was processed well and truly outside of what the ombudsman declares as a reasonable time frame for a legal company to lodge the probate forms. A second financial year had to end before the tax return was lodged.

The family is so fed up but aren’t willing to lodge a claim with the Ombudsman as they are worried that this will just further delay proceedings and increase the financial penalties imposed by this company.

The excuses are always poor, frequent, and come at a financial cost.

Avoid this business.
